“Today, an official meeting has been held between the capital's top representatives and representatives of the Regional Company Workers Union “Cleaning”, where demands put forward by the union are discussed. One of the main demands ) contracts for surface waste management, worth 1.5m euros, has already been signed by both sides. As for other demands, including retroactive payment for five months and signing the basic contract for regular waste collection services in Pristina's municipality territory, it has been proposed to consider the possibilities for solutions within the capital's executive and legislative competencies, in line with the legislation at power”, the municipality's announcement said.
