The creation of a truly competitive energy market, based on the prevention of silent monopolies, guaranteeing reasonable prices for producers and consumers, facilitating procedures for investors in the field of energy production, through the removal of bureaucratic barriers, accelerating licenses and creating fiscal facilities for renewable energy.
