VV Victory MP Fitim Pacolli's brother, has used offensive language against Germany's Embassy in Kosovo, calling them “patic”, after the embassy reacted to the publication of the organisation's report “Reporters without Border”, in which Kosovo scored drastic decline. Kosovo has fallen for a total of 24 countries in the latest panel for freedom of expression of the organisation “Reporters without Borders”, placing it all at the bottom in comparison to the regional ʹ madaje behind Serbia” the German embassy wrote.

“Raport is read as a task book for the new government, clearly describing the steps needed to ensure free press, which is essential for any resounding and sustainable democracy” further stated in the German Embassy's writing.

This assessment did not please the Pacoll Award. Expressing English in comment space in posting the German Embassy, the VV MP's brother wrote: “Distorted staff, this ranking means nothing. It's a clown parade. ”

That's not all. It immediately came out of the topic in the second sentence, adding “frenzied the report on media freedom in Kosovo, and addressing the embassy for the situation in Germany, where there were serious accusations and closing the writing with insults.

“German has destroyed its country, you're implementing cameras for Chinese-style facial recording, arresting citizens for so-called “racist posts” on Facebook and you want to tell us that press freedom has fallen to Kosovo. The pathetic palacho” wrote Fitim Pacolli. /Periscope/
