Bajrami after the AKK rejected the invitation to the meeting: We know how independent you are, you can't escape the responsibility given by the Law.

Democratic League of Kosovo MP Hykmete Bajrami has come up with a reaction, as the Kosovo Competition Authority refused participation in the meeting called by her tomorrow, over the decision to come up with the decision to move businesses into the open electricity market. Bajrami has said the AKK is escaping the Assembly, [...]
Bajrami has said the AKK is running away from the Assembly, adding that the meeting was invited to exactly the Assembly, not the LDK) office. At this meeting, Bajrami has said all parties have been invited.
It has listed questions that would be posed as it said that the AKK could escape from meeting but not even the responsibility given to the Law.
Instead of responding professionally, you have chosen not to come to the Parliament, but refusal and silence is not independence ʹ is said to be the most flawed. We're talking about independence because we know how independent you are. We will, however, be in the Assembly tomorrow, along with representatives of the ZRRE, KESCO, and will not stop questioning and demanding responsibility for increased energy prices and market deformities.
You may miss a meeting, but not the responsibility given to you by the Law. See you tomorrow, another time.
The AKK has said the decision on non-participation is based on the constitutional and legal mandate of the Competition Authority, as well as on the need for preserving institutional independence and impartiality, which is a fundamental pillar of the institution's functioning and integrity.
Article 21, paragraph 1 of the Law for the Protection of Competition, was quoted there.
This provision underlines the necessity of the Authority acting solely on the basis of its law and competencies, without getting involved in political formats, ad-hoc debates or initiatives that are not conducted in line with official state structures.
Furthermore, under the current circumstances where the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo is not constitutionalised, the Authority is not in an institutional position to engage in parliamentary groups, individual deputies or political organisation outside the formal framework of the Assembly”, the AKK has said./Periscopi/
