The Council of Liverpool says it is “cooperating with the Merseyside Police following reports of a car crash with pedestrians at the Liverpool FC Premier League parade.
A spokesman for the Liverpool City Council says: “We are currently co-operating with the Merseyside Police in connection with an incident at Water Street downtown. ”
