The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reports public opinion, that the state prosecutor in co-operation and in close co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, has been arrested by a suspected B.M. person for carrying out the criminal act. Canosja was based on Article 181, as well as “Equipment” Article 185 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

“Under investigative actions, during the raid carried out in the suspect's settlement, a mobile phone, a pair of sports clothes, as well as a equipment (chip), which are allegedly used and related to the case under investigation”, is said in the prosecution's announcement.

Therefore, the state prosecutor, within the legal deadline, will apply for the appointment of the detention measure to the suspects.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina is continuing the undertaking of all necessary investigative actions for the full whiteening of the case.
