For the three municipalities, Zubin Potok, Pristina and Gjilan, this political stalemate is jeopardising their normal functioning.

The concrete consequences of Zubin Potok's municipality have been discussed by Chairman Izmir Zeqiri.

He stressed that the situation is extremely disturbing, as much as salaries are endangered for municipal servants.
