Two arrested for spreading propaganda for terrorist organisations, Special Prosecutor: We will seek custody

Kosovo police today have announced that they have conducted a police operation on two separate cases in three locations and that have resulted in two people suspected of spreading propaganda and ideology to terrorist organisations. In this regard, the Special Prosecutor has said two persons have been detained and that within the legal deadline they will apply for the appointment of the detention measure.
“at this stage we announce that, at the order of the Special Prosecutor, Kosovo Police have detained two people, under suspicion of committing criminal work “Insulting division and non-compliance”. We can confirm that the cases are divided and that the prosecutor of the case, within the legal deadline, will apply for the appointment of the detention measure to the Constitutional Court in Pristina. ”
Police reports reportedly have been conducted at three locations in Fushe Kosovo and Malisheva.
“After an operational-esthetic work by officials of the Republika Kosovo Police Antiterrorism Directorate, a successful police operation has been conducted today in the early hours of the morning. The police operation has involved two (2) separate cases, resulting in three (3) search of settlements in Fushe Kosovo and Malishva, as well as two (2) arrests of suspected persons, on suspicion of involvement in the drive of division and non-compliance and distribution of propaganda and ideology for terrorist organisations, using social networks. All further actions will be undertaken in co-operation and co-ordination with justice organs. ”
The two suspects reportedly are Alban Bibaj and Muhamet Musliu. Musliu, according to the same sources, had relatives in Syria who were allegedly killed there./Periscopi/
