Kosovo Police Inspectorate has arrested a police official who was engaged in the border police station in Globocica.
The IPK investigators had accepted information yesterday that suspected this police official outside the official of official duty had exercised physical violence against a minor-age citizen with the same case being caused slight bodily injuries.
The IPK has taken preliminary investigative actions in consultation with the Founding Prosecutor in Ferizaj, after which there is reasonable doubt that the police official has committed criminal work “The easy access to body implementation”.
The alleged official has been arrested, and with the prosecutor's decision, he has been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours.
In accordance with legal competencies and in the interest of criminal investigation, The IPK has recommended to the Kosovo Police the suspension for this police official while other investigative actions will be undertaken in co-ordination with the Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj. /Periscope/
