According to Gashi, the Constitutional Court has granted the right to the winning party to forge the Parliament so it needs LVV to find a solution.
Gashi has said the LDK has tried to fulfill its obligations by giving its proposals.
“Constitutional obligations are born with constitutional right, and this right has been born to LVV as a result of the elections. In this case, LVV has a conditional duty to promote the candidate and find the concession within the Parliament. The moment a party does not have the numbers will be forced to co-operate. We have to wait for LVV to find solutions, hopefully soon to find a solution”, Gashi said.
