Aqquoise in the Parliament, parties are being driven from options-option seen by international intervention

Despite the seven-time failure of the Kosovo Assembly's constitutionalisation, parliamentary parties are still far from reaching a solution to the formation of institutions after the February 9th elections. In the Vetevendosje coalition, List Gux and Alternatives -- the coalition that has come first in the February 9th elections -- continue to insist on their proposal for the chief parliament, despite that they have so far no numbers to elect Albula Haxhiu in this post, while they expect, the reflection of other parties in the Parliament.
On the other hand, in the Democratic League of Kosovo, the LVV is accused as the main blame for the political crisis in the country, meanwhile stressing that the solution is their proposal for a sweeping transitional government.
All this situation, according to political analysts, shows the need for the international factor to be involved in resolving the created stalemate.
LVV MP Artan Abrashi says of Kosova Preris that other parties in the Assembly should reflect and vote for the election of legislative troops.
Whatever remains to be seen is hoped in a reflection of people who at least have not lost reason as a result and the impact of political party pressure... (changing the candidate for chairman of the Assembly) I don't think that's the point, because they know it's in the exclusive right of Vetevendosje Movement to propose anyone who thinks. Same as it's not in our right that we're proposing names for deputy heads of the Parliament. Then what would that be? So I wish there would be a change of situation and a reflection and we could move on from”, he points out.
Meanwhile, LDK deputy Ekrem Hyseni says of KosovaPress, that the LVV coalition, Alternative and List Guxo, should understand that they do not have the numbers to choose Albulen Hadziun chief parliament, so they must overcome anger and find a solution through political agreement.
According to him, this political agreement should be made on the basis of the LDK proposal for the formation of a sweeping transitional government.
This is not the time for whims. It's not anger time, but it's time for a solution. This solution must be made with a political agreement. We have given our answer to how this political agreement will look and how it can work. Let's take care of things that the citizen of his vote has taken us there. To deal with what is necessary and what is essential, as is the response to the high cost of living”, Hyseni claims.
On the other hand, political analyst Arbnor Sadiku tells Kosovo that the 17th failure of the Parliament's constitutionalised constitution is a pity and that such a thing shows the unripeness of political parties.
He also points to an element that, according to him, is the dependence of political parties from the international community on forming institutions in Kosovo.
Sadiku says that such a thing can happen this time, for internationals to be involved in forming institutions.
According to him, after the LDK rejected the coalition with LVV, the only option remains the ruling coalition between LVV and PDK, although such a thing is constantly denied by both sides.
It's for pity. The huge delay of political parties shows their political immatureness and dependence on the international community that has been in years. Practically, no government in Kosovo has been formed without international influence, either by the US or the EU. Apparently, we've still created some kind of dependence on the international community...
There should be political will, especially of the Vetevendosje Movement, as the winner of the elections. Not to create political crises, but to be open and create opportunities... The LDK said no, and the only option is the PDK. If there will be a coalition with the PDK, the odds are that we go to extraordinary elections”, Sadiku points out.
The Kosovo Assembly, since April 15th, has been called constitutional hearings, has failed seventeen times in a row to constitute the ninth legislature.
The process is stalled in the election of the chief parliament, as the Vetevendosje Movement in the coalition with Gux and Alternatives, cannot provide 61 votes for Albulen Haxhiun proposed for Speakers of the Parliament. /kp/Periscope.
