Appeal sentenced him to four years in prison for killing his wife in 1995 in Germany

The appel estimates that the first instance has correctly and completely assessed all evidence: material and personal evidence, assessing that key elements of <x0/Vrasing have been formed in the actions of the accused.

It says that the actual situation has been proved complete and clear, and that it is correctly decided after the accused was convicted and convicted because his actions have established substantial reduced responsibility.

According to Appeal, the Foundation in Mitrovica has violated the reform principle in Pejus, as Appeals had returned it to restoration with the decision of April 6, 2018, after the college session was held, where the foundation on January 22, 2007, had sentenced it to four years and six months in prison.

So according to Apel, in the concrete case this principle has been violated after returning to the retrial, the first instance has sentenced him to 5 years in prison, exceeding the extent of the sentence he had pronounced four years and six months earlier.

Apeli points out that he has praised the extenuating circumstances: that the accused has carried out the work, not wanting to take such action, the time spent more than 29 years when the case occurred, the advanced age of accused Hajrazaj (now 73-year-old), and that he has not been convicted of any criminal offense.

In contrast, serious circumstances have been praised for the way the criminal work is committed and for the intensity of its conduct.

According to the ruling, Appeals reportedly did not find particularly burdensome circumstances in the prosecution's complaint. Even in the lawyer's complaint, he has found no circumstances for the accused to be acquitted.
