The hearing on Shala's complaint against the Supreme Court will be held today, May 15th, at 13:30.
The panel invited the parties and participants, as it says, to pre-trial on any other case presented in their statements or on any other issue that the Appeals Panel might want to establish, address, within the scope of their oral prefixes and time set for the Apelt Seance”.
Also in this Hague-based court document, it requires protection that, “regarding paragraphs 208-209 and 212 of Appel's Will, explain why the support of the Judicial Body in any of the sources of the law mentioned in paragraphs 942-94 of the Supreme Court's decision to interpret basic procedure protections, second and third, to bring the person deprived of freedom immediately before a judge or another competent authority; and to give the person deprived of freedom from a chance to contest his legal prohibition?
