Rhode said this activity was made up of over 50 climbers, including members of the German Army's Mountain Division serving in KFOR, where he added that this was a fantastic opportunity to meet and connect with soldiers.
On the other hand, the German ambassador to Kosovo said he was honoured to be led by Uta Ibrahimi, the legendary Kosovo climber who recently completed her mission to climb 14 peaks over 8,000m by climbing into Kangchenjunga, the third highest mountain in the world.
Together, we went forward, triumphing through thick fog and clouds. But when we arrived at Lake Konjuska, near the top, our decision was made to return to safety. Mali always wins and securing the group's well-being was a priority”, said further in the embassy announcement.
We were scheduled to meet with our colleagues from the German Embassy in Skopje at the top of the press, unfortunately, that didn't work. Great respect for Ambassador Drexler's arrival at the summit!
