Kurti is insisting that a VV-KI LDK coalition NISMA and communities not the majority would be ideal for the country.
VVA leader Albin Kurti, who appeared 42 percent in the February 9th election, has even loosened his hand by offering the party led by Lumir Abdixhiku LDK, a mountain of considerable office.
The president and chairman of the Parliament would meet with the Democratic League of Kosovo, in the event they agreed with the latest offer Kurti has made to the party, which came third in the last elections.
Kurt's offer is not over.
Initially for the LDK, Kurti is willing to give these two top state positions (President and Speaker of the Parliament) but from co-governance, Lumir Abdixhik, in case of a deal, would meet several ministerial dictatorships as well.
A senior LDK official of “autored” for the LDK VV talks has confirmed Albin Kurti's moves and bids to the Democratic League of Kosovo for Periscope.
There has even been an appointment for this initiative.
This high-ranking LDK official, Kurti's moves for a Vetvendosje Movement co-governation, the Democratic League of Kosovo, has been named by the presshouse “ ” NIMSA and others.
That Kurt would be very pleased if such a scenario were to happen, he has not even hidden it in his latest appearance in RTK.
He even counted each political subject's votes during this interview, the VV DK and NISMA, which would solve the president's case as well.

That offer by Kurt comes at a time when Kosovo's Assembly for 19 times has failed to elect the Speaker of the Parliament and the deputy chairmans.
For hearings and procedures during these hearings, there is already a request from the AAK and several other deputies in the Constitutional Court.
In an effort to solve the political stalemate there has been a meeting between Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani and political party leaders, but that this meeting did not produce a new situation that would solve the blockade by paving the way for the constitution and Government/Periscope/
