Esmir Demaj applied to stay in Britain because he was agay, but then it was found that he was actually married to a woman.
Rejecting his request, the judge concluded that Demaj deliberately chose not to find out that he was now in a relationship with a woman and had agreed with his father because he believed it would not help him remain in Britain, reports DailyMail, broadcast Periscope.
The court found that Demaj had been married to the woman during her time to seek asylum because of sexual orientation.
The European Convention on Human Rights allows anyone who can be persecuted because of sexual orientation to apply for asylum in Britain.
