The following information on the event, which took place on the date 03.05.2025, about 13.27, in Lach, where five citizens were injured in a conflict with firearms, the investigative group intensified operations while operational forces continued their search for the author's capture. At the conclusion of the initial investigative actions, the arrest was made in the wake of citizens Daniel Geoosh. 27 (which remained injured during the conflict and is out of danger for life) as well as Klevis Ndreca 28, suspected of authorising criminal acts “murder under other quality circumstances” and “holding arms, explosive weapons and ammunition”, police report.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the conflict has started for a traffic accident with no significant damage and then followed by the use of weapons, while an innocent citizen who sold candles at a street stand leading to the Church of Lachi was injured.
“As a result of the overall investigative actions carried out so far, it turns out that the conflict among young people has started for poor motives (the road accident with very small material damage) and then continued between parties using firearms. By monitoring security cameras and by means of rapid and professional investigative actions, the dynamic explanation of the event has been made possible, where two fire weapons (pistols), a cold weapon (extensive coup), as well as two vehicles, which have been found and seized in the quality of the material test”, the police further explain.
