Albanian soldiers from the RC-West and Hungarian trainers from the NATO-led KFOR Tactic Reserve Battalion held fire training at Camp Novo Selo to maintain their high operational readiness.
These efforts are part of KFOR's daily mission to ensure a safe environment for all people living in Kosovo.
KFOR continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 in 1999 to contribute to a secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at any time and impartially. KFOR works in close co-ordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union's Mission for Law Rule in Kosovo (EULEX) in their respective roles as security responders.
