Pristina, Gjilan and Zubin Potoku remain blocked in their budgets unless Kosovo's Parliament is constitutionalised, said Sahan Ibrahimi from the Kosovo Communist Association, Periskopi.
“Impact on local government. Funds, laws to be passed. We have three municipalities: Pristina, Gjilan and Zubin Potoku, who have adopted municipal budgets late and is now expected to be constitutionalised in order to approve. If these three municipalities are not constitutionalised, they cannot implement projects at capital investment”, he told Gazeta Blic.
