According to the Prosecutor's Statement, Sheholli, in the quality of the lawyer and representative of a damaged party, allegedly exercised illegal influence, the work seen under Article 424 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
While Isaac Islam, in the quality of the private Master, is accused of misusing official duty for personal gain and third parties, overcoming competencies and failing to fulfill his official duties. With these actions, he allegedly committed criminal work “The use of official position or authority”, according to Article 414 paragraph 2 of KPRK.
The defendants are allegedly illegally benefiting a total of 25 thousand euros, while the damaged party has been caused material damage to this value. /Periscope/
