Under the Parliament's regulation, the constitutional session is led by the oldest elected MP assisted by the youngest MP. Dehar has been criticised for being instrumentalised by VV in three cases.

Chairman PDK's concern, Memli Krasniqi said he feels for Dehar, as he according to him has been misused for political interest.
“Today is misuse of a legal right belonging to the oldest MP. Politically speaking, it has become a usurpation of this right, and today the Kosovo Assembly through an MP who has happened to be the oldest one has become a party event, calling a party, VV and its coalition. I personally in a human sense feel pity for Deharin, it's immoral and inhuman with misuse of a man's age, for a completely small political interest, to try to hide a banal reasoning as if we need a consensus”, he said.
While, in the continuation of the constitutional session on April 21st after Glauk Konjufca calling in the public statements of opponents found Haxhiu received 61 votes, it required additional time. This request was certainly fulfilled by Dehar.

While Ehat Miftaraj of IKD has said that Dehari has the right to come out of the scenario of the Parliament Secretariat, and that this proposal is arbitrary access and that the same should not happen.
