Abduallah through a post on the social Facebook network has named Albin Kurtin as chief engineer.
“Mayor Kurti and his irritaries do not give in practice to show they are moral in politics. They become convinced that the more angry the more honest they are, the more defiant they are. What they cannot do with their work in practice is an obsession with politics. The lack of openness makes up for inmate closure. They're cowards to cooperate with, so their only courage is the great anger”, he wrote. /Periscope/
