According to the official announcement of the Directorate General of Prisons, the event occurred around 3:34 a.m. in sector 2, the second floor, the B prison building, where the deceased stood in a room with five others detained. The lifeless body was discovered by one of the prisoners, since Mucha had stayed longer than usual in the toilet. He was found hanging himself in the opening of the air window.
Immediately after the findings, the relevant authorities were announced and the first medical measures were taken, while investigative groups have started working to clear up the circumstances of the event. The Directorate of Prisons expresses its condolences to the bereaved.
