The 28 accused of corruption and other criminal acts released in the case of “-Pate drivers”

The Liberation Act was announced on Friday by the head of the court, Fatime Dermaku, reports “Justice Trust”, transfer Periscope.
During the course of the procedure, the Court has taken the decision under which it has re-voted the decision of the judge of the preliminary procedure, of co-operative witness Adleina Gashi, and has declared the evidence unacceptable specifically, the secret surveillance measures, as they have been taken without a ruling to launch investigations. That's because the people against whom the orders were issued were informed of personal data.
The court has found that the measures to ensure criminal acts, even though it was carried out through an undercover person, have been taken without a decision to initiate investigations.
This act has been raised on the basis of secret measures. The defendants do not know the incriminating actions, while the indictment has been generally compiled, despite the fact that it has returned for completion.
On the basis of these legal reasons, the Court has concluded that because of failing to approve the burden of guilt, the proposal for cancelling the driver's license test has also been refused, as requested in the Prosecutor's proposal.
Otherwise, at the June 14th 2023 session, 28 of the 31 accused had been acquitted of the indictment filed on March 31st, 2021 by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina.
In this case, corruption and other criminal acts are charged: Naser Llugaliu, Veretta Ajvazi, Flora Ferizi, Adem Binakaj, Leratat Shehu, Agim Restelica, Flamur Lekaj, Shaban Zuka, Eduard Brahimaj, Dragan Zivkovic, Nasser Biseli, Azem Miftar, Labin Ajeti, Magbule Mehmeti, Avdus Topalli, Premim Tolali, Selimusmi, Fatos Fersi, Besfort Pozhi, Naqim, Saqim, Baykaret, Lafii, Murmir Ramaz, Fatzi, Fatzim Landi, Landi, Landri, Landy Lozüm Lozüm Lozüdüy, and the Union.
