As of April 15th, MPs have been blocked at the third point of the Constituent session, the one choosing the chief parliament. While initially, it could not become the majority to vote on the name of Albulen Hadziu of the Movement
Vetevendosje, now the winning election party is demanding a commission vote to hold a secret vote. And that's not taking most, and sessions are being held every 48 hours, according to the Order.
