The 22nd session has started in an effort to build the 9th legislature, reports Periscope.
As of April 15th, MPs have been blocked at the third point of the Constituent session, the one choosing the chief parliament. While initially a majority could not vote on Albulen Hadziu's name of the Vetevendosje Movement, now the winning election party is seeking a commission vote to hold a secret vote. And that's not taking most, and sessions are being held every 48 hours, according to the Order.
In the last 48 hours, there has been no change in attitudes.
