The hearing was called in the morning, hoping that this time the quorum needed for the formation of the legislature's governing bodies will be reached.
So far, MPs have passed only two points of the constitutional session agenda: the provisional Commission's report on the verification of mandates and the oath of MPs, which is stuck to the third point: the election of the Speaker of the Parliament.
