Albania's Central Election Commission has continued with publication of results.
Currently, at the country level, over 1,000 polling stations have been counted in Albania.
With the votes counted so far, Edi Rama's Socialist Party leads decisively with 52%.
Sali Berisha's DP, on the other hand, has 37%.
3.47% has the Albanian coalition, with the Adriatic Lapian, while 2.64% has Agron Shehuj with the ruling party.
With the current results, if the trend continues, it turns out that the absolute winner even in this election is Edi Rama. However, votes from the diaspora remain to be seen, and the number of mandates on how to split.
Albania has voted, and citizens have cast their vote by electing power for the next four years.
Counting on the other side is officially initiated in some of the municipalities, and the first results are have reached the CEC site.
Votes have been from the Korca district, and there the Socialist Party leads.
However, the number of official votes counted is quite small, and the main meter is that of Exit Polle, who has made Baton Haxhiu (Albanian Post) with Kosovo.
Klan Kosova has published an Exit Poll realised by “Albanian Post”, which puts the Socialist Party first in 51.8 per cent.

38% or 54 mandates, Democratic Party
1.80 or 0 mandates, United Albania
3.60% or 2 mandates, Power Party
2.20% or 3 mandates, PSD
1.20% or 1 mandate, LB
1.40% or 1 mandate, EC
According to official data, around 3.7 million citizens have had voting rights in this election, including about 246 thousand registered citizens to vote from abroad. Also, about 115 thousand people will vote for the first time.
This year's elections also bring a change in the mode of selecting candidates, with a combined open and closed list system. According to the Central Election Commission, voter turnout has been 42%.
Meanwhile, media in Albania have reported cases of irregularities at several polling stations. In Tirana and Elbasan, two women have been arrested after photographing the ballot sheet -- the move that constitutes violations of the election law.
