If there's no formal act of resignation, can we agree that Mr. Albin Kurti has lost his place? And if you lie to the Parliament, if you want to put me in madness, that's a serious violation. How are you allowed to lie? So far there's a formal act of resignation. Period. This letter s'oh, if you notice I've resigned, but where's the resignation?
