She has said that stability in the Western Balkans is essential and that the process of European Union enlargement is very important.
It has said Albania and Montenegro are making good progress in reforms, while warning that any attempt to divide Bosnia and Herzegovina would be unacceptable.
Meanwhile, Kallas has warned against participating in the May 9th parade in Moscow.
As for the danger that war could erupt in the Western Balkans, Kallas has said tensions must be reduced.
The best way to reduce tensions is to process to have all states in the EU. Then there will be less tension. The EU is a peace project and works in calming tensions between those states”, Kallas has said, while adding that clear messages have been delivered at meetings with the foreign ministers of Western Balkan states.
