IKD says the letter delivered by incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti does not present an act of resignation.

According to IKDA, the prime minister should resign at the moment of his oath as deputy.

The IKD adds that the resignation letter should be addressed to the head of the constitutional session, in this case Avni Deharit.
