The Witness says that Triumf Riza told him that Enver Sekiraqa had beaten Adelael Ismaili

Who beat him? Witness Shala replied: “Enver Sekiraqa. ”

Presequently, Shala explained how Riza had announced that Adelina Ismaili had expressed concerns about him because of Enver Sekirras, reports “Battle for Justice”, Transmitt Periscope.

Shala said she can't remember any other problems between Enver Sekiraqa and Triumf Riza, and that the problems were connected because Riza was a policeman.

During the testimony, witness Shala has shown in detail how Riza was persecuted by the “group. Choppers”

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) on September 2nd, 2024, has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, against defendant Ilir Abdullah, known as “Lisa”.

Abdullah is accused of co-ordination with currently convicts Arben Berisha and Fitim Avdiu, as well as defendant Enver Sekiraqa and Beating Abdullah, as a group organised by Sekiraqa, driven by the motive of postscriptulous revenge, in order to deprive the late Sekira now of life of the late Trium Riza, because now the late man, on December 24, 2005, at the <x0Senes Cacsin Cao-3x1> in Pristina, had now beaten the last patient, where he had been lying in the hospital after the announcement, Azelina, had not allowed the same money before.

Furthermore, it is said that for his arrest and beating at Ferizaj on May 22nd 2006 by KPS members, Sekiraqa had now accused the late Triumf Riza of being driven by him, so they have agreed to now feel deprived of life.

The indictment says that the moment Riza got out of the bar and was near his vehicle, now convicted Berisha ran towards him and slylyly, when Riza hadn't expected any attacks, backed up by him, from a distance of 5 meters, shot 11 times with three short rifles, hitting him with 2 bullets on his back, where bullets, due to dynamic action, have penetrated the aores, heart and lungs, from which injuries he has died, while with a bullet in his right leg.

In this move, accused Ilir Abdullahu, co-chaired with convicts Arben Berisha and Fitim Avdiu, and defendants Enver Sekiraqa and Beating Abdullah, are charged with committing the criminal work of the “grave murder, by Article 147, paragraph 1, subparagraphs 3 and 9, concerning the 23th Kosovo Criminal Code of Penal Code.

Ilir Abdullah, known as “Lisa”, was arrested on July 16, 2023, as for years he was wanted as a suspect in the murder of Triumf Riza.

Enver Sekiraqa, accused of inciting police murder, is also being tried. Sekiraqa on May 3, 2024, was sentenced to 25 years in prison. The same is on the run. /Periscope/
