Pristina- At the Basic Court in Pristina in the trial of Dibran Hoxhaj and others for the murder at the “Corbra City” local location on Tuesday in the quality of the witness was heard Hoxhaj's brother Enver Amerlah, who said that on the critical night of January 3, 2023, the pre-case was in Gjilan with him and that when he returned he had not heard gun shots at the local.

On the other hand, accused Dibran Hoxhaj himself claimed that on the night of the new year he had fired guns in his village and that, according to him, all the fellow villagers knew. He said that two of his friends had gone to try and take the guns.

In the indictment provided by “Justice Vow”, “Cobra”, it is charged that on January 3rd, 2023, at 4:10, near his local “Cbra City”, in the Prizren-Zhur magistrate, deliberately deprived of life of V. C, risking even the lives of those injured R.T. (S) and A.B.

Until the case, according to the prosecution's indictment it had come after the injured had not agreed to the high bill at the bar, thus starting a row with the bar workers.
