At the session, MPs should be sworn in and elected chairman and vice president, followed by Periscope.
The election winner, the Vetevendosje Movement (VV), should propose the name for the new prime minister. So far it is unknown who the LVV will propose for this post.
Albin Kurti, from this party, has declared that it is aimed at voting the government under him at the constitutional session.
But, until Monday, Kurti's Vetevendosje is not sure of the support of 61 MPs, as much as it is needed at least for the election of the chief deputy and for the government's vote.
Currently out of the 61 votes needed for the constitution, Vetevendosje has 56 confirmed ssh. 48 of its deputies and eight others from non-partisan communities.
Agreements with Vetevendosje for the election of the top decision and the government has denied that there is a Social Democrat Initiative Chairman, Fatmir Limaj.
Limaj's party has three seats secure.
“Nisma has no agreement with anyone until today and is ready and will work hard for Kosovo to have institutions, not to go into a parliamentary crisis, but we have no agreement with any political grouping”, Limaj has said.
Limaj's readiness for co-operation with the VV has considered his associate-in-chief from the coalition, AAK chairman Ramush Haradinaj, shamefully.
We vote on the candidate for chairman of the Assembly. Understandably, we will make bilateral consultations with other opposition parties, with PDK and LDK. I believe the constitution of the House is of interest to all and then, as you know, The AAK engages and works for the government to create the opposition in case of inadequacy or non-creating. I don't have communication from Mr. Limaj. It has been very difficult, so creating the majority from the opposition by itself has made it even harder, and if Limaj's Initiative supports the power, it is understood that they are separated from us. But it's a very shameful division, because we've demanded a vote for change and their behavior and their act is quite shameful. I told you it's a shameful division, because we've gone all over the country and we've been asking for a change of”, Haradinaj said.
Unlike the AAK, the PDK has indicated they will not vote on the Speaker of the Parliament either.
