In photos published by National is seen as Deputy Defence Minister Shemsy Syla and the Director of Security in Gjilan, Baytula Osmani, in a party where gunshots are heard.
The party is seen as being held in an improvised environment with a plastic tent, where meat is seen in the coals, bottles of rakis, and multiple gunshots are heard, raising serious concerns about bringing public officials to such cases.
So far there is no official response on the part of security institutions for this event, while the video has prompted reactions from citizens.
It remains to be seen whether the Kosovo Prosecutor or Police will take any action regarding this case involving public figures in a shooting party.
