The ceremony takes place at a location where the two martyrs in front of the demonstration, near the government's object, and behind Skenderbeu monument in Pristina, follows Periscope.
On April 2, 1981, Nasser Hajrizi and Aslan Piraeus were the organizers of demonstrations by Elektrotechnic students. The two undivided friends about nine o'clock in the morning were killed by sniper bullets by Yugoslav-Serbian military officers, located in the facility, the world, the People's Bank, in a military-police iron siege.
