Terrorist attack on Banjska, international lines are issued to 42 other indictees

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has launched court hearings today in the case of the terrorist attack in Zvecan Banjska, where Vdalmir Tolliq, Blagoje Spasojevic and Dusan Maksimovic are charged.
All three indictees have appeared before the court and will hear charges weighing them on terrorism and involvement in the terrorist group on September 24th of 2023 that attacked Kosovo Police, killing Sergeant Africa Bunnjak.
Even at the trial review hearing three accused Vladimir Tolic, Dusan Maksimovic and Blagoje Spasojevich, were acquitted.
While, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has issued international paper order against 42 other defendants.
The paper-line has been issued with the aim of securing the presence of indictees in the procedure, as most of them, including Milan Radojcicin, who took responsibility for organising the attack are on the run.
These persons are charged with serious criminal acts, including terrorism and terrorist financing, while Kosovo justice authorities have indicated that their ban and extradition are now expected to face justice./Periscopi/
