According to foreign media, in 15 to 20 days after the burial of Pope Francisescu, the College of Cardinals will call the cardinals in Rome to elect the next pope.
They will gather in Vatican Sistine Hat. Once the cardinals have entered, they cannot communicate with the outside world until a new pope is elected.
Cardinals must be under 80 to vote, which means only 135 of the 252 cardinals will have voting rights.
A new pope requires two-thirds of the majority, but this may take time, writes A2 CNN, broadcast Periscope.
A round of voting takes place on the first afternoon of the treaty (gathering) and then the vote will take place up to four times every day later.
If I concluded the third day without making a decision, the cardinals could stop for a day of prayer before voting resumes.
If the decision is not made after 33 rounds, there will be a runoff between the two most voted candidates, but one of them will have to get two-thirds of the vote to elect Pope. /Periscope/
