O The SEU has said that cutting access to essential services “without offering sustainable alternatives affects disproportionately to non-proportional communities and risks exacerbating existing tensions”.
“sensitive issues like these should be addressed through EU-launched dialogue, which remains the most effective way for sustainable and comprehensive solutions,” is said in response.
