Scandal: Deputy Prime Minister Dobruna says Kosovo was introduced with an injection at the conference held in Tirana

Acting Deputy Finance Minister Agon Dobruna has announced he has left a regional high-level conference held in Tirana organised by the Government of Albania, because he says Kosovo was introduced there by the introduction. He says that “the ways in which Kosovo representation was treated was deeply disappointing and [...]
He says the “ways in which Kosovo's representation was considered was deeply disappointing and unacceptable to a sovereign state, which actively and equally contributes to these processes”.
Despite our clear and direct request to correct this presentation, it was ignored, violating the spirit of co-operation, respect and equality that promotes the conference itself”, says Dobruna, perjcell Periscope.
His full response:
Last week I was invited to represent the Republic of Kosovo at the Regional Summit “Reform Progress in Childcare: Exploration of the European Guarantee Framework for Children”, held in Tirana and organised by the Government of the Republic of Albania. Because of the unacceptable way of representing the Republic of Kosovo with UN Resolution 1244's introduction, an inconsistent introduction to what the European Union uses, and which in such form is totally unacceptable, and the fact that even after certain demands to date, there was no change in access from the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Albania, I was forced to leave the conference and not sign the declaration envisioned for signing by ten participating states.
The event was aimed at signing the Declaration of Action from all Western Balkan countries and beyond, to strengthen regional co-operation in the field of children's rights, and to advance access to child care and inclusive services.
However, the way Kosovo representation was considered was deeply disappointing and unacceptable to a sovereign state, which contributes actively and equally to these processes.
Despite our clear and direct request to correct this presentation, it was ignored, violating the spirit of cooperation, respect and equality that promotes the conference itself.
Kosovo is an undeniable international reality. We are deeply committed to guarantee the rights of our children, to build comprehensive social systems and to contribute to peace and stability in the region. But this can't be done by denying us state subjectivity, through an indignity that conflicts with truth, and the friendship we expect from the states that are standing next to us.
Using input in this context is not a procedural issue ʹ is a matter of national dignity, respect and equal treatment, especially when the organiser is a friend of our Republic.
