At the next session of May 12th, experts are expected to present prepared acts, which will show whether Safet Gjici is able to receive needed medical treatment within prison conditions, or whether there is danger to his life from being in jail.
Safet Gjici has been convicted of abuse of office and passive corruption by the JKKO Appeal. He was arrested in June 2023 and was eventually sentenced by the Special Appeal in the same month to 4 years and 6 months in prison, a sentence that was reduced to 3 years due to reduced judgment. /Periscope/
