She said this proposal is based on concrete arguments, including increased production capacities from Kosovo B thermal power plant, Periscope.
“We have proposed to Z A few changes. The first is to ease the price increase, lowering the company's allowed revenues. This will affect a more affordable increase for citizens. By the end of October, after the interventions in Block B, the capacity will increase by 15 megawatts, which will mean about 39 gigavt hours more production for the October-December period. This will reduce energy import for at least 6m euros”, Rizvanolli has said of ATV.
She also stressed that they have asked for more clarifications for the current ZERE proposal, as according to her, there are huge disrepute compared to last year.
“over the past year there has been some stabilisation of demand, the price has been roughly the same, however, in the end of the year it increased. KEK production in 2024 was 7% higher than in 2023. Therefore, we have asked for more clarifications for large disks in current proposals”, Rizvanolli said.
