Republic of Kosovo joins the process “Pall Mall”

Through a Facebook post, Kurti said that with the support of this code, Kosovo joins a growing coalition of democratic countries working to ensure that cyber tools are used in accordance with international law and human rights standards.
“The Pal Mall Process is a joint initiative of the United Kingdom Government and the Government of France, launched in February of last year, which brings together democratic countries devoted to addressing the spread and irresponsible use of commercial capacities for cyber interference. Misuse of these technologies poses a serious threat to human rights, national security and international stability. The Code of Practices for the States was officially launched at the Second Meeting of the Pal Mall Process, held in Paris on April 3rd, 2025. This code defines guiding principles for increased transparency, accountability and surveillance, promoting responsible behavior of states in cyberspace”, Kurti wrote. /Periscope/
