Rama: Ceku again chose the course of fraud and propaganda, invited him to an open debate

Pristina Chairman Progress Rama has accused Minister “of resigning” of Culture Hajrula Ceku of fraud and propaganda about works on several projects in the capital.

Today Ceku has reiterated the allegations the Ministry of Culture made to the Pristina municipality about several projects in the capital, including those in George Bush” Square that the contracts are contrary to the Law on Cultural Heritage.

All these contracts are illegally linked, not respecting the procedures needed for equipment with necessary permits and consent. All these investments are realised within protected cultural heritage zones. The law requires that before the procedures are announced and contracts are linked, they should be equipped with appropriate consent from relevant authorities”, Ceku said today at a conference following a government meeting. /Periscope
