Quinn's talking about organizing the Hive Battle: We chose mountainous territory because we did not have enough soldiers

On the 26th anniversary of Kostunica's heroic battle, former commander The KLA, Anton Quinn, has spoken of the organisation and challenges preceding one of the most important fighting for liberation. Quinn pointed out that although accusations and ideological tensions have existed during the war, the brigade he commanded has never had a shift in authority [...]
Quinn stressed that, although charges and ideological tensions have existed during the war, the brigade he commanded has never had a shift over the authority of the Supreme Commander, President Ibrahim Rugova.
“Despite the charges that existed even during the war, when soldiers should be motivated and trust each other, we as brigades have never had a fluctuation against the authority of Supreme Commander, President Ibrahim Rugova”, he said at Debat Plus.
According to Quinn, preparing for battle has started with great mobilization and strategic elections of the territory.
We didn't have enough fighters, so we chose a mountainous territory where enemy techniques couldn't penetrate. In this way we minimized our disadvantages and created supremacy,”, he said.
He added that the exercises were initiated by basics, with clear plans and strict organisation.
Regarding the identity of the action, Quinn said it is difficult to connect with just one name, but mentioned the Papaj military training center, where three units with clear chain command were located since September 1998.
“One unit was commanded by Commander Rrustem Berisha, while I led the disverzanto-vjegue battalion. Every evening at 8:00 p.m., we did day analysis and assigned tasks for the next day”, Quinn added./Periscopi/
