The state prosecutor, who has ordered the suspect's arrest, was immediately notified.
The prosecution in Gjilan in a response to Telegrafi has said that after the interview, 58-year-old has been detained for 48 hours, while the case has been initiated as “Sex attack”, broadcast Periscope.
“The sexual assault of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code and against it has called for the detention measure by the Constitutional Court in Gjilan”, the prosecution's response reported.
