The prosecution initiates investigation into the death of 40-year-old from land collapse to Veternik

One person lost his life and another was hurt as a result of the collapse of soil that took place in a workplace in Pristina's Veternik district.

Police have announced that a person has already been arrested in connection with the case.

And from the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, in a reply they have stressed that they have launched investigations into the case.

The “related to your question we announce, that the State Prosecutor in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police has launched an investigation into death, based on Article 358 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code, and are carefully reviewing the aspects of the case for full review of the circumstances of this tragic event”, the Constitutional Prosecutor for Television has said.

The victim of this case, according to the police, was a man aged 40, and his death was arranged by emergency doctors./Periscopi/
