This Law would have to be implemented more than a decade ago, given the continuing promises of Kosovo government, but never has happened so far.
In the Ministry of Health, which continues to be led by Arben Vitita, they have a reason why the Health Insurance Law, which he has repeatedly promised, has not begun to apply.
“Health Insurance Law has been suspended by the Constitutional Court and the verdict is expected”, reported in the MSH response to “Front Online”, broadcast Periscope.
Former health ministers and connoisseurs have reacted to the failure of implementing this very important Law, stressing that such delays have damaged the Kosovo health system and patients.
