In the Ministry of Health, which continues to be led by Arben Vitita, they have a reason why the Health Insurance Law, which he has repeatedly promised, has not begun to apply.
“Health Insurance Law has been suspended by the Constitutional Court and the verdict is expected”, reported in the MSH response to “Front Online”, broadcast Periscope.
