It is alleged that members of this company's commission, designed to develop the procedures of two employment contests, have given the questions-the answers to the written test, favouring one of the candidates who would be subjected to this written test the next day.
Today, as of 29.04.2025 in the offices of NJHRKEK-Gjilan, commission members have been interviewed in the quality of suspects in the presence of the lawyer on official duty, during interviews it has been understood that the V.M. suspect (Birth year 1984, Kosovo male), had given questions to a pre-written test candidate.
With these actions, suspicion has been created that the suspect V.M., (the commission's member), has committed the criminal act of “Kestum use of official position or authority”.
