Signal sources confirm that it is Kenan Hasani convicted of attacking journalist Valon Syla, who had happened earlier and caused major reactions to the opinion, broadcast Periscope.
Hasan had been sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison for criminal work “light bodily failure”, while after declaring the decision of the formal form, he had avoided execution of sentence and was sought by law bodies.
The arrest was held on April 24, 2025, around 2: 00 p.m., on the “road. Silifice” in Fushë Kosovo, where the Constitutional Court's ordinance units in Pristina have intervened and located Hasani, later sending him to Pristina's Pristina Pristina Pristina Pristina Centre for the suffering of the sentence.
The case of attack on journalist Valon Syla was named by the media and political spectrum as violating freedom of expression and a serious act on the journalist's profession, for which full justice and exemplary punishment was required.
It is noteworthy that those who appeared before the tribunal in this case expressed with an unbearable calm that “do not recognise Kosovo's laws, except for the law of Allah”.
